Hey what's up to all my NOISEmakers? My name is Kenny Johnson, and I'm an intern at the Youth Noise office in San Francisco. I was looking at your posting on the NOISEboard and wanted to know if anyone would be interested putting their input on some related topics. These topics are: 1. Why is Afghanistan embroiled in the worst fighting since 2001? 2. What is the goal of the American presence in the region? 3. And, what is the best possible outcome of the situation? (You can include all 3 topics in one article instead of doing three different articles) The piece should be article length and ought to involve opinions supported by factual explanations If interested you can reply and send your article to my email and I will post it on the new YN page going up next week. Thank you for your time and we're looking forward to hearing back from you. Sincerely, Kenny Johnson YN Office, SF

It's not leading. You are free to respond with a reason for why war is good. If you know anything about leading questions it is when the answer is clearly given. An example, "War is bad, isn't it?" You say it like OEF is a bad thing... I had this feeling that the questions were leading, and the title of this thread pretty much confirms what you had in mind.
