So I was incredibly bored the other day and I decided to read the New Users Guide. I think it is time for a guide overhaul. I think it is too technical and not glamourous looking enough that no one would actually read it...and that kind of defeats the purpose of it. I think a cool looking New Users Guide that we could actually attract new users to would be a great thing for the boards. What do you all think?

The quick reply is faster because it doesn't have to load like the other one... I always use it unless I need any of the special features, in which case I click on the "use full posting form" link (conveniently located at the bottom of the quick reply window...).

All I have ever used it the quick reply. The only time I don't use it is if I am posting a link or a smiley that I don't know the keys to.

I don't use the quick reply. It doesn't like me much.

I'm not 100% sure that there actually WAS a new users guide when I first joined... There certainly is some new stuff in there that wasn't around when I joined (like the quick reply)... Hmm...interesting.
