I am very concerned that when a NOISEmaker has an issue with a Mod, or is starting a discussion on Mods in general, they are discouraged from doing so in public.

When asking for a job description of Mods I am told a NOISEboard is not the place to do it and am essentially told that since it is on a NOISEboard it will not be addressed.

When trying to spark a discussion on what NOISEmakers think of Mods I am told it is not productive and to essentially drop it.

When I post in response to a Mod the post is either deleted or told it is not the approriate forum. I am told to take the issue up with YNLissa or another Mod. In Topic Closed Bushsupporter and myself brought up issues to YNLissa and we were given no thoughtful response. There is no forum to take the issue to another Mod and when Mods get involved they always, 100% of the time, just agree with the Mod in question.

There is no transperancy when it comes to Mods on youthNOISE. I am getting the feeling that youthNOISE is so against discussing Mods because they only want Mods to know what Mods are supposed to do.

I am told to use the "report" button when I have a problem, which I have done in the past. This yields about a 50% response rate which is usually many days past. I have reported a board that only says Fuck about fifty times and nothing has been done. If I honestly felt that "report" button worked, I would use it; however, I feel it is just a way to give NOISEmakers the illusion of possible change.

I am told to use the Feedback thread to report problems, which I have done, and many issues that I have brought up in Topic Closed were never addressed. In fact, none of the issues I brought up were addressed.

I feel youthNOISE is essntially saying that if you have a question or a problem with a Mod get over it, because youthNOISE will do nothing to address you concerns. More importantly I feel youthNOISE is saying that if you have a problem with youtNOISE they will not discuss the problem in public.

I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner. Unfortunately while it can be noted when posts are removed, content in them is not available when they are removed. I have nothing to gauge the conversation by and the posts can't be revived.

If posts are removed and you report a thread, be sure to send the gist of the conversation and what was said to the best of your knowlege so if I need to touch base about it, I can.

I have NOISEmailed YNLissa about a board which I felt was censored. This was two weeks ago and I have not recieved even a response. Even if the mods feel that they may have made a mistake in the past, they would not admit it just to spite people like myself and notsojoey.

Please tell me the proper way to report posts of mine and others' that I feel have been wrongly censored. I have tried many different approches and none seem to elicit even one response.
