S/he/itt is disrupting the flow of discussion by thread necromancy, bumping unused posts to displace those which are currently being discussed. The site is annoying enough without having to sort through year old discussions that a retarded crackmonkey of some sort felt the need to add its brilliant opinion of "bump" to.

Please collect the IP of this individual and determine if it is static, and if so please take the same action against any other user with the same IP address (ie any other user names that this individual uses) that you do against friggenwhineabouteverything.
