I have a question that's bugged me for quite awhile that I was never quite able to figure out. When you are in a forum for example, at the top of the box, there are links. The first says "Youth Noise Home", then there is "Noiseboards", Noiseboards", "[Category Name, eg Other Stuff]", "[Thread Title, eg Youth Noise Feedback]." So here is the question...why are there two NOISEboards links? Is there a difference between the two? (It's not that big of a deal...I've just been wondering. If I was a cat, I would have already used up my 9 lives on curiosity alone...)

I am smart. I know not of what you speak, my friend.

Thanks guys! (And while, being the queen of making stuff up at random and getting people to believe it, I can recognize made up facts when I see them...I have to agree with Ikki's redundancy sentiments. As redundant as my stating my agreement is...)

Well Meagan. It's because they couldn't decide which Icon was prettier-- the globe or the sheet of paper with the lightbulb. So, instead of fighting over it and setting a bad example, they compromised and taught us about redundancy-- which is a very valuable lesson for youth to learn seeing as they will deal with it for the rest of their lives.

Looks like the only difference is the URL they take you to...which is really the same place. It's just a bit of redundancy, it looks like.

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.

I'm relieved...I was actually feeling pretty sure that someone else was going to come across with an answer like "Well, duh Meagan...it's because of ________."

Hey I've wondered that only for forever... gee... I never thought to make a thread about it though. Yeah for Meg being smart and actually asking, I would have just totally just not bothered saying anything forever.

So wait, I wasn't the only one that thought that everyone knew but themselves? Oh good. Now I don't feel so bad. :P

I noticed that too...but I just figured there was some reason that just went right over my head, so I didn't say anything...

If I was a cat, I'd never fall over. But to make this post have a point, I'd like an answer, too. *shakes magic 8 ball* The orange will slowly sink into your brain. That doesn't answer.. Wait, what?

You know, I always wondered the same thing. But I thought everyone knew what they were for except for me...so I didn't ask.
