It seems as is there is some danger of YN being shut down. Does anyone know what's going on? Don't shut down Youth Noise.

Thanks to YN Staff and Director Ginger for Youth Noise! I have been a member for about a month now and I think it is great! A place for teens to express their feelings what a great idea and website. I hope to be a member for years to come and be with YN as it grows for the better. Also--Special guest chats would be great. (Experts, counselors,...)

Thanks, and true -it was a little dramatic! No, we are here. But we do want to know what you want YN to become- open the lid, imagine anything is possible and tell us what would make a good thing even better. Thanks, we need your ideas and creativity. Ginger

I swear the title said something like "speak now...or never again". That sounds like YN was at risk of being shut down to me. You tricked me!

I was under the impression that something was wrong because of the survey...if there is no danger of youth noise beign shut down you might want to change the quote that goes something like "speak now...or maybe never again...". Because I can see how that would cause people such as me to see a problem...

Hello - I am Ginger Thomson, Executive Director of YOUTH NOISE. YN Is not being shut down! And as yogore said, we are looking for the right ways to grow. We believe YN should be more broadly used but more importantly, we want your input as to what YN should look like going forward - should we help you start projects to engage hundreds of youth in working together on a few big ideas, should we create a multi-media YN, should ivite professionals to chat with all of you on topics you think are important? If we (the staff) build YN, we'll do it less well than you will! So please tell us what makes this work for you, what could make it better and why we should make it grow!
