I agree with marine16 on all of the above concerns and have a few of my own. I also emailed YN and haven't recieved a response on the issue of profanity. I think this is an importnat issue that deserves some thought/action.

Earlier in the week on a board in peer-to-peer counsel there was some action that I feel is inappropriate and concerning. Ampmaster posted some points (the third one suggested that the thread was in the wrong board). GLM said that he agreed with ampmaster on point three. I asked if GLM only agreed with amp (who I beleived to be one in the same) on point three 4 times. Then GLM edited his post and I asked if he no longer agreed with amp on point three twice. GLM then deleted his post when he was called out and I assumed that he no longer agreed with amp on point three, and said as much, at which point I was edited rather than deleted as the posts before. Each post was posted only once until it was deleted at which point I reposted the missing post. These posts along with GLM's original post were deleted and I have no way of knowing if they are around in some obscure "deleted posts" site or just gone forever, to be denied by amp or the ever mysterious GLM. I find this behavior highly unreasonable and inappropriate. I don't even know if the Mods know that this should not be done.

I beleieve the peer-moderator issues and the profanity issues should be address quickly by YN staff to ensure that more of this behavior is not continued. Thank you for listening and I hope to hear back from staff soon. I know that YN staff will do the apprpriate thing.

Exactly what I said has come true. I have a legitimate complaint and all I get is that I am crying.

I am forced to complain multiple times because youthNOISE (not MODs) has yet to take a complaint seriousley and respond.

Does any one understand the word "Sarcasm" can any one define it for me? any one at all?

as to me making seperate posts under diffrent accounts on the same thread, it's quite simple if I'm in my amp account and I see a thread I will post on it commenting both on the thread and the offense (wrong place whatever) I will then return later as GLM and than post so that people will know that it has been moved under a mod's authority. This distances my normal account and my Mod account letting them appear detached from one another, is that an issue suddenly?

I have freedom of speech thank you very much and I can converse with whom ever I want to when ever I want to regardless of the subject matter of the conversation, as to my covnos with Hydrok which I am sure are the subject of this sentance, we share similer intrests (namely weapons and their effective use by military forces) and discuss that at length frequently

As to the swearing the site does have a profanity filter, however the staff (not the mods or NMers) choose to shut off the filter.

Honestly now. How many threads have the 3 or you started that are EXACTLY like this one? Just make one and you guys can cry there about how no one likes you.
