I will miss my orange flashburns

Not really a fan of the green...or the left alignment...It seems much more organized, but it will take some getting used to.

I really do miss the orange. I finally decide to return, and the orange is gone. It almost makes me want to leave again...I miss being stared down by a glaring orange screen at 2AM. There was something very cyber-nerdy about it.

I like the boards being all the way to the left, but maybe that's just me.

There are going to be spots available for the YAB opening up pretty soon. I'm staying on it, as are many of the current members, however.

I need to get on this advisory board.

There are of course some errors, because it'll still new and there will likely be improvements, but to completely disregard and act like spoiled bastards towards it is just plain wrong.

I'm sure the problems (i.e. the dissappearing Edit button) will be fixed soon enough. This has been on for ONE day. One damn day.

Apparently you all think this was a way-easy decision based on merely the tastes of the evil YN staff.

Well, let me tell you, this new site redesign with all its NEW features (take time to look at them with the new, organized buttons on the top of the page), took months to carefully plan out for YOUR benefit.

I can say this because the YAB worked on this....this has been perhaps the biggest deal the YAB has worked on.

hahaha, he's right. I didn't even notice the "barren wasteland of white." But it's definitely there.

Oh yeah and the edit post button is apparently gone.

Let me clarify: It's good to add features like profile pictures and such. But do improvement like that really need a radical re-design of the whole site?

Ok I'll make this short:

1.) Get rid of the green and return to the original color scheme, at least for the boards. Green=ugly and right now there's far to much white to make it easy to read. You need some variation in off white colors or something.

2.) Dump that schizophrenic flash banner at the top of the page. The buttons are too small and I don't need to be assaulted with rapid 2FAST2FURIOUS text everytime I go to click on the site navigation. The buttons are so small it's non-intuitive, which will probably confuse newer members.

3.) Center the messageboards, there's not enough of a margin on the left side, and the right side is this barren wasteland of white.

Everytime Youthnoise changes, they seem to make this radical change that really doesn't do much. Instead, I'd say you guys should decide on a board design, and if you want to improve it, then improve it without totally gutting and rebuilding the boards.

I don't like the green, and I'm not a fan of that it took me like 3 min to find out where the button to go to the boards is. Really tho I just don't like change. I'll get used to it.

Ok, I put up a pic but it didn't come out too well. It was very faded. Is it supposed to do that? I suppose I'll try another. I don't have any pictures of me on this computer. My pictures are all on my other computer, which is *sigh* gone. I guess I'll put up one of....I don't know. Who wants to see a picture of my best friend?
