I just realised that if you all leave when you turn 20, I'll practically be all alone on the sight....

It must be lovely to wake up in the morning and understand everything.

This is a sad day in YN history. I may not have always agreed with you. I may have secretly disliked you (sometimes). I may have found you arrogant and ignorant at times. However, I will miss you and your contributions to the YN community. You offer an interesting perspective and I hope you might consider coming back to visit from time.

Hyde--

You were probably one of the first people to respond to one of my original boards. When I came to YN in November '04 and January '05, you didn't treat me like a newbie. You respected my ideas, even if I was new to the site. As long as I have been involved in YN, you have been there. Our talks, conversations, and debates have been awesome. Real good times. You have brought so much to YN, through both the good and bad times.

Yes, YN has changed. A new look, new people, new ideas, new concerns. But YN will not be the same without you. I remember when I first came to the site. I originally was only on the site during regular hours of the day, no insane times. But as I got more involved and more active, there were ALWAYS people on the site to talk it up with.

Right now, with the new site, home page, sponsorships and other deals going on to get the YN name out there, the YN staff (remember when we actually knew the names of the 5 or so staff memebers? Times have changed...) is trying to bring YN back into the spotlight. They have been pumping energy into this site. They are working hard.
Its too bad you wont be here to see it.

But I understand--you are 20. Its time to move on. I understand that. YN will NOT be the same. You have contributed so much to this place. Its a shame to see you leave.
But I understand. You need to move on.

Its sad.
You will be missed.

Thank you HYDROK

Thank you.

On behalf of the YN community, good luck with life. You are always welcomed back to these orange halls of YN.

Haha...alright. I'll stick around. I like meeting young intelligent people who care about what's going on around the world, and I have met plenty on this site. Smile
