We can all bunk together. In the same bed. We'll push two beds together and make a huge bed. ORGY!

I don't know North well, but I'm okay with that. My hunny, my wifey and "scott" (ha!) can be one cool room together . Meagan, what about Chicago.. sorta in the middle (though maybe a little hard for the really south people) and very busy area (meaning airports, hotels, etcetera).

I'm sure the YN staff in charge would love that one I don't think I'd give a shit though. Personally I'm gonna try to just snag a single makes life simple and you don't have to fight to use the shower or the john

That might work...it seems like most people are north though. I started a discussion on randomosity in order to gather who is interested and where they would be coming from.

I agree. Where could we have it though? If we really want to have it in the middle, we would have it in Kansas...but I don't htink there are any YNers in Kansas, so that would make it difficultt ot plan and silly because EVERYONE would be traveling there.

I really don't understand why we're even considering SF. It's too far away. All of us are scattered around the US, so why don't we do it somewhere in the middle where it'd be easier to travel to, wouldn't that be more reasonable? I vote we have it next summer, that gives us one year to plan it and so on.

The big question we need to ask ourselves is...WHEN AND WHERE????? I think this needs to be figured out in order to proceed with any furthur planning...

For minors yes, but I seriously doubt there will be that many minors.

It would have to be sorted by gender for minors though... How many minors are we talking about? Not a whole lot I know...

No we wouldn't. We're all 18 and in college. It's no longer a liability. Northstar-Scott, FOD- Bri, Euterpe- Taryn.

It wouldn't be a liability unless they started a fist fight or something. Double rooms would be a good idea. I wanna room with Bri, Taryn, and North. That's decided. The rest of you can pick your own. I'm rooming with Bri, Taryn, and Scott.

Most hotels allow you to hold a certain number of rooms and will give you a group discount. They only hold the rooms for a certain amount of time, but that wouldn't be an issue. The thing is...would it just be a bunch of single rooms? Would we combine YNers who have never even met before? Quad or even double rooms would be a heck of a lot cheaper, but would THAT be a liability? There is a great hotel near me that holds a teen conference once a year already...but it's in Detroit. I personally don't have a problem with that (obviously), but would others?
