LMFAO! That's funny. But seriously, we had decided to stop this kind of discussion (on another thread).

I think we should make a poll about who agrees that freedom is hot.

When I can find someone who won't faint at the sight of a potentially impregnated man, I will post it. ' Yogore, I have discussed this with my therapist. Freedom just because you are not stick thin does not mean you can't have pictures on your myspace. That is a horrible point of veiw. I'm not skinny by any means but that doesn't stop me from putting pictures on my myspace. Be comfortable with who you are. There's no reason to be that obsessed over being fat. Who cares. My frame is fine. The fat is going... (hopefully: going.. going.. gone!) I know I am not bad looking, but I'm no narcissist. The pictures on my myspace are of my head. Who would really take a picture of their fat and post it on their myspace? Come on.

FOD, get over your fat. You're very attractive dammit. Skinniness in guys is seriously a turnoff. It's unmasculine and though there are many exceptions, it's not very alluring to see a guy's skeletal structure in high definition all the time.

I actually had to boost my confidence in therapy today. She made me come up with a list of things I like about myself. She said she would be quiet the entire time if I didn't come up with some. So of course I tried at some things. 1) My flexibility, because I'm actually even more flexible than a lot of girls that do sports and stuff. 2) I like my smile. 3) My hands, their strength. 4) My arms, even though they are not proportional to the rest of my body yet, if I skinny a little more, they will be proportional - they are pretty muscular. 5) My legs have been showing more definition, which I like very much. 6) I like my height and proportions vertically. Wow, but 16% is definitely enviable...

Freedom...it is good that you want to take care of your body and all. But have confidence. I see everyone here telling you otherwise of how you feel about yourself. I think they're right.

No...it was fat. They were consuming so many calories and not working them off as fast as they were consuming them. He gained back fat. But now he only has 16% body fat....
