I have allready pointed this out but it was ignored. On the lack of diversity board Dauben used the word n i g g e r. Altough he spelled difffernelty, it is offensive none the less. He must be puinished for this, especially for the fact that he thinks it is funny and writes it off as 'he is not politically correct'.

If this site is to promote ideas and the free exchange thereof, and be all about promoting tolerance and diversity of viewpoint, you should learn to be more accepting even if they are offensive. Look, I'll admit to you right now, 98 percent of what I say and have said, and heck, what I stand for, is offensive.

But I speak that out of conviction and of faith, believing what I believe to be right. I am unwavering and I think you'll all agree that my views are consistent time and time again.

You might not agree (probably don't), but you can never say I'm not consistent.

If tolerance and diversity are to be cherished and promoted, you'll have to do it for everyone, not just the sensitive ones.
