So I sent an email to YN a few days ago, and haven't heard anything, so I thought that since I have another question, I'd post my two questions here:

1. Is that a Governmental Petition and do you have to be at least 18 to have your "signature" count?

2. How does your source figure out data? Do you know? Namely, I want to know what qualifies as "Homeless youth." Is it just those roughly 13-18 who have left home for whatever reason and are subsequently on the streets? What about those who have a home with friends half the time but don't the other time? What about teens/younger children who live in shelters/out on the street with their parents? What, exactly, constitutes a homeless youth?
