The documentary "Invisible Children: The Rought Cut" was recently released by a group of freshly graduated college boys. It documents the lives of children in Sudan and Uganda. Just part of the story is that every night thousands of children must treck miles from their home to the nearest towns so that they may sleep without fear of the Lord's Resistance Army abducting them and forcing them into battle. These children have little to no belongings, food, or relatives and make this trip every single day. On April 29th, in most major cities, people are commuting in the Global Night Commute to the cities near them to sleep in groups like the children must to raise awareness and involve the American Government to help these children. Find the city near you and list of people participating in that city at www.invisiblechildren.comHere is the commercial for the Global Night Commute: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6iHJPuthO7MGet off these boards for a night and do something productive! Hope to see you there.
