Is Kobe innocent or guilty? I am free to any opinions. I think he is innocent though.

Kobe Bryant had an affair, and he obviously had some miscommunication with the woman he had the affair with because now she claims it was rape. And he said sorry to his wife by giving her some million dollar piece of jewelry. That's a little sad, you don't just throw money at the problem and run, you gotta work for your forgiveness.

I have a friend whose liking of Kobe Bryant verges on sexual obsession.

I don't know if he's guilty or innocent, it seems like there really has been a lack of evidence to prove either from what I've seen on the news. I don't even care really, since it got kind of annoying hearing about it all the time.

good question.

People against gay marriage, take away the bible, and children, and your opinion of gays are gross, which are all irrevelant, what rational argument do you have now?

I don't know if he's guilty or not, and I really don't care. But whenever a famous person goes on trial, seeing as you must be judged by a panel of peers and they can't know you or be biased towards you, I wonder how exactly DO they pick a jury for them?

I suspect he is guilty, but I can't say for sure. It does seem odd that someone would lie about being raped, but the troubling thing is, someone could. I don't know why they would...maybe to besmirch a celebrity's name, or maybe just for attention...but they could. That's part of why being famous in any way terrifies me. I mean, imagine Kobe is innocent, and out of nowhere he gets accused of raping this girl. Now he's stuck with having to prove he didn't do it, which no innocent person should really have to prove.

It's unlikely, but it's a possibility.

i dont know if Kobe is innocent but whatever he did was wrong and its totally disappointing. I am a big fan of the Lakers and i know many young kids and teens like Kobe and the rest of the team but i just think that if you are a famous person who is liked by many and many children look up to you, you shouldnt do stuff that would disappoint the fan's and stain your reputation.

I say he's guilty. I really doubt that someone would lie about being raped.

I dunno, that's just what I think but I'm not one to judge.
