Does anyone know what the Supreme Court decided about this?

Wait, school-sanctioned event? How is an Olympic torch relay a school-sanctioned event, and couldn't just about anything be considered such?

I say the kid was completely in his rights. A bit stupid for advocating something illegal, but within his rights at least from a school standpoint. Olympic torch relays have nothing to do with high school. Unless it's the Special Olympics and they're being hosted at a high school.
