Ken Jennings lost! Dude! This isn't even cool. He was like... my hero. I can't believe it!This is tragic.

Stand up, get involved! Peace.

I was glad he lost. I was sitting on the edge of my chair hoping he would finally lose, take his ****ty money and vanish. Go Nancy.

If you have a few million dollars, it's not that big of a deal to have it taxed so you lose some. You don't end up with nothing. It's just like taxes on everything else.

Going on a game show is free money, so what if it's taxed?

Yes, it is ****y. The government takes a portion of any large cash prize you win though. When Oprah gave away all those cars? The people who won had to pay large amounts of taxes on them. Shows like Price is Right and Who Want's to be a Millionair. You have to pay taxes on prizes, and the government takes part of the prize money. This is one of many reasons why I will never go on any game show...

That's really ****y, he earned those winnings, the government shouldnl't take jack ****. He would not even be able to buy a house in my town with little over a million. That bites.

No, he got to take the money. The shows were taped months ago, so it has been all over the internet when he was supposed to lose.

The answer: "Most of this firm's 70,000 seasonal white-collar employees work only four months a year.

Correct question: "What is H&R Block?"

Ken Jenning's question: "What is FedEx?"

He lost to Nancy Zerg, a realtor.

The government will take 40% of his winnings and Jennings will donate 10% to the Mormon church.

H&R Block has offered him free tax preperation services for life!

(This is probably more information than any of you needed, but even though I've never watched one episode of Jeapordy, I found it interesting.)

North, you have heard about the guy on Jeopardy who just kept on winning and winning and winning, and had over 2 million dollars? He finally 'lost' today.

Could someone tell me what happened, for I seem to be a little out of touch with this entire situation.

I think they paid him off. His facial expressions...

I was waiting for someone to bring this up.
