I read in a newspaper this week that 30,000 die a year in the US as a result of gun violence, although that figure seemed dubious the paper also went on to report fewer than 60 deaths in the UK as a result of gun violence. Guns are clearly the problem, Mr. Cho would certinely not have been able to massacre over 30 people with a flail...
