This is absolutely preposterous. I don't understand who would even think of supporting Bush.
THE MAIN REASON we went to Iraq is because OF WMD.
Any there. NO. Was it a slam dunk case? NO. Is Bush an idiot? YES.
WE WANNNT OOOILLLL. And influence. We have set up a puppet government in Iraq.
Now.... lets see, who is America targeting next? Ah yes. IRAN.
The people who support bush are oblivious to the fact that the last time we assumed we were WRONG. HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF. .
DRSTRANGELOVE what do you have to say about that?
Ha, its funny how you are like this in politcalcrossfires too.

that football thing WAS funny that abrasia joke sucked. this mom needs to get over it, bush isnt going to go to every family personally and say hes sorry he has enough to deal with without some weak-willed psychotic lunatic hounding his *** by camping out in front of my house. Why does he allow this?

The football one wasn't funny. Yeah, so Kerry can't catch a football (Bush is just gesturing with it). Bush can't ride a Segway. It's really not funny to compare the catching abilities of either one. But when you crack a joke about Bush declaring war on "Abrasia", that's funny, considering how Bush likes declaring war. Perhaps if Kerry had been a great football star in high school, then that picture of him botching a catch would have been funny.

Oh wait, they aren't.
Weren't you just defending jokes about Bush? Or is Kerry off limits?

it wasn't as bad as it seemed, apparently he just forgot to turn it on..

actually i never mentioned the fact that the same problems don't exist in America. quote: riskbreaker ive noticed from your threads that you are a little anti-american. you know i was thinking about it and i would be angry too. its like having a little brother who grew up to be bigger stronger and better then you at everything. maybe thats why british people are so jealous of america.
sure, because the only people who are anti-American are British....oh, wait that's not true. Also, i am not anti-American, im anti-american policy. I can like your ideals just not your policy. While is the same as the people of the middle east, even al-qaeda...they want to participate in elections, they want freedom, they admire ideals that you have in america and around the world, but it doesnt mean they like your policy.

this is just me being cynical, but i think that while bush REALIZES that people are dying, they're just collateral damage, just casualties, bumps in the road to this perfect little world that he thinks he's off to. i'm really just sick of the war at this point. my dad could be going over there at any minute, and no one can tell me what we're STILL doing over there. does anyone even care about bin laden anymore? at this point, i think he's long gone and we're never gonna find him. and supposedly, that's our priority.

Bush is stuck in a possition like Lyndon Johnson. He got into the war expecting it to be easy, found it difficult and seemingly impossible to win, for the enemy was a shapeless and ever-evolving mass, but he could not pull out, even if he wanted too, because the deaths of soldiers would "be in vain." Therefore more people had to die in a cycle of madness. You have to understand his possition. It takes a great deal of pluck to face humiliation and addressing defeat.

OMG so your kid died! go home and and try and cope with it dont blame it on someone else it was your sons decision to join the military not bushs. everyone knows when they join the military they might have to go to war. This is just another political anti-war rally thats trying to use a grieving mother.
