Yet another example of how people can be incredibly stupid. It's a rather old story (about a year old, I think), but I still find it rather funny.

For those of you who don't wish to actually read the article, some kid in Kentucky was arrested for "threatening" materials in his possession. The "threatening" materials were a short, fictional story about a high school overrun by zombies. Apparently, writing about schools in a bad way is a felony in Kentucky.

It's really quite amusing, and makes me wonder what the world's coming to. Zombies...

If it had been plans for shooting up the school, I can see being worried, but zombies? They can't be serious.

One time in computer class I wrote a story about a computer teacher who just wouldn't shut up so the students kill her. I got an official warning from the school but I think that was more about the profanity than the threatening nature, lol. But hey, at least I wasn't arrested.

haha... that's awesome. Altho, one time in 3rd grade there was a bomb threat in my class room, it said something like boom at 9:00 or something. The bomb squad had to come and everything.

Planning to attack a school with the undead? The police actually considered that, even though the kid has maintained that he had no such thing planned. He was simply writing a short story.
