Why is it that just about every time President Bush and Kerry BOTH answered with answers unrelated to the question. I think it is kind of dumb. If ur asked a question and dont know the answer, just say so.

They are politicians. You can't expect much better than you are given and right now that's not saying alot about who's running for office. Until the day comes that politicans are actually honest and fair ( which will never happen by all means) than expect to get less than outstanding people in office.
