Many of you know that on August 24th two planes crashed in Russia.

Many are thinking that this is the next 9/11, and it was a terrorist attack.

What are your thoughts on this? Will you help the peace effort, or do you prefer to mourn within yourself?

Joey, there is a skinhead (as in racist groups) problem in Russia, especially in Moscow. They are VERY violent to black people and those from countries that were Soviet once. They even celebrate Hitler's birthday. Most of them are between 15-25, but it's still a problem. If you don't believe me, just go to Google and type Russia skinheads.

The police rejects the problem, but it's still there.

Don't worry though, the problem is decreasing.

I was thinking that maybe they knew somehow the plane would be filled with blacks or something so they destroyed it.

I would not trust any state-controlled media reports, with the exception of Brit media (they're independent still, believe it or not), but skinheads? What is up with that?


Anyway, according to the AP, witnesses said they saw the planes explode before crashing, but CNN quoted Russian officials as saying no terror link is responsible.

Then the Russians backtracked. It was obviously terrorism, but it's just not politically correct anymore to deem it as such.

Personally, Russian government officials, as well as US ones, are the real terrorists. Journalists, too, if they tow the party line.
