Okay guys nice comments, "kill her and give all her money to orphans", nice this made me smile. But honestly she really bugs me! I have this friend who is, I think in love with her and even after the jail thing, still loves her. I don't even think she's even that pretty, and intelligence, what intelligence?

I laughed when I heard she was going back. She's not getting out of a fair (or unfair, it doesn't matter) punishment that easily. If Joe Ordinary in Someplace, Idaho gets a DUI and violates probation, he goes to jail, no questions asked. Paris should get the same treatment. Besides, it's only a county jail. It's not as if she has to worry about being in a cell with an axe murderer.

I have little to no sympathy for reckless drivers-- celebrity or not. She's just lucky that she didn't hit anyone.
