What do you guys think of the guy who has a multicellular drug resistant strain of Tuberculosis. Was he ignorant to not follow the directions the doctors gave him not to travel?

Turns out the man was neither ordered to stay off planes nor contagious. Source here. He was advised to not travel, but there was nothing to prevent him, especially since he was told he wasn't able to transmit the disease.

They have a vaccine to cure TB in Europe, we don't use in the US because it makes the pin-prick test for TB show a positive which is a rather dumb reason for not vaccinatings if you ask me

But to point HOW many people at risk? Why couldn't his wedding be put on hold or his wedding come to him? It may be important, but that doesn't mean he has to risk the lives of those around him that he doesn't even know.

 The only reason the guy went on the plane is becuase he had 2 go 2 his wedding!!!!!!Think about it,if there was something really meaning 2 u,u would want 2 go!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't follow your doctor's advice, you're probably not that bright. Was his TB active or latent? It's only contagious when it's active.
