Well we all know that Bill Clinton claims that he left the Bush Administration with a "plan" of attack for Al-Quiada... Condi Rice in the 9-11 commission hearings said UNDER OATH that she DID NOT get a plan but a "set of ideas and actionable initiatives" which as Jon Stewart helpfully pointed out is nothing... but a colorful euphemism for the word plan.

Well ladies, gents, noobies, and freaks alike here is the de-classified memo that was sent to Condi Rice, just five days after she entered office:

And then it gets better, here is the "Actionable Initiatives" in a detailed 14 page memo. Rice ssys that the Delenda Plan was useless to them, it even contains all of the pretty things that she says it lacks in the link I'll post at the end of this:

Now after you open those memos you will probably wonder why there are blacked out things all over the place. Well first of all the black at the top and bottom of the pages are what the memo was classified before it was released. You will also notice that the date says for declassification to occur in 2025. So when 2025 rolls around someone with friends in high places should start petitioning the government under the freedom of information act to see all the OTHER mems that were passed between Clarke and the Bush Admin. Clarke worked for them, if you think he only sent two memos on the whole subject you would be awful ignorant. Other parts of the memo are blacked out because they contain sensative information about the actual operatons that were clandestine or covert. If you have any questions let me know.

Thats not my point Joey, the point is that from day one it was about Saddam, not al-Quiada, Laurie Mylroie and the conservative think tank had already built a case for war with Saddam based on flawed information and a long shot hunch. Go figure... some slam dunk...

Recieving an ACTIONABLE INITIATIVE that is of no value whatsoever is just like never recieving one.

I'll help you out, it means that they got a plan... or at the very least a good start on what they needed to do. They failed to even do these items. Hydrock, that link is 13 pages. Only 5 of those pages have any sort of plan in them. Is that what you consider a plan to defeat alqeda, 5 pages?

Besides, a lot of what this 'plan' asks the President is to do is what you call 'up and start a war' which you are against.
