Personally, I think that Bush should win the election because he knows what he's talking about! Kerry quotes the bible wrong, which may not phase some people, but it certainly does me!! Also, Bush is pro-life, pro-education, and for us! Kerry says what people want and may sound good to you during the election times, but will he really get things done like he says if he gets into the house? Just my opinion, you find out for yourself!

None of the candidates were perfect. I believe that this country made the right choice. We need a president who is willing to take harsh military action and moves to eliminate the problem before it occurs. We live in a time of terror and I believe that Bush is best suited to meet and eliminate the threat of evil and terrorist acts from destroying this country. Hopefully he will keep up the effort and keep this country safe over the next four years.

Unfortunately, I don't think that's true. Chances are, CelticNewAger, that you hang around people who are pretty educated. Look on the bright side, they say Bush got more votes than any other President in the history of the U.S. He also got more votes against him than any President in the U.S. America has not spoken.

What's weird is nowhere I find (or found) support for Bush. Which brings me to the very stupid theory that maybe Bush cheated...

I have noticed that too. I have also noticed all the backwaters, (the south and mid-west) tend to vote for Bush, accept Wisconsin and Illinois, but those are different stories. It all has to do with education and access to information.

Note how the people who have no idea what's going on vote for Bush. For Example my Republican cousin. I asked her what the economy was like when Clinton left office and her reply was "it was disintigrating" Oh, yeah, right, a surplus is really disintigrating.

Yeah great idea Ikki. Personally I believe in the democratic side to things. Although, in terms of the war, which is the main thing I would be voting for (if I could) this election, I would be voting for Bush. I feel like he can handle the war better, and he already knows what he's doing. If Kerry takes office he's entering a new environment in the middle of a crisis.

Oh man, it makes me glad some of these people aren't voting. When did the canidates looks have anything to do with why you should vote for them? And I am not fond of bush's education policies, so that wouldn't count as a plus towards him for me. I don't trust bush, which is why I wouldn't vote for him. I think he is intrusive into peoples lives with the Federal Marrage Ammendment and his advocating for getting rid of birth control. I also dislike the patriot Act and how he is handeling environmental Issues, especially with backing out of the keoto (yes, I mangled the word, but I can't find out how spell it. DO ANY of you (Aside from Uptown, of course) know what Bush's policies are?

quote: Also, Bush is...for us!
Bush has dismanteled the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts. One in six women has dangerous levels of mercury in her blood, directly because Bush has allowed coal burning plants to ignore emissions standards. Twenty-five percent of the country's lakes and rivers are no longer usable (including over 46% in Minnesota) because of mercury. Yeah, sounds like he's for us, and not for his giant corporate buddies.

News flash: They both came from weathy families. Also, just for kicks- check this thread out about 9-11 and government relations. To end. Aguagon used to have a really ingenious quote as his signature. I miss it. It is- Screw the poor, we love war, Bush and Cheney in 04!

All Bush said in the debates is that it's hard work. Relieve him of the stress. Vote Kerry.
