Oh did people also get free lemonade? Because I got the lemonade but didn't realise I had to listen to anybody. sorry. If it's not that, then I've no clue what you're talking about. Although it sounds cool.

My local SADD chapter celebrated a great victory today we cordenated and put on a mock car crash from a DUI. It was great we had fire, police and ambulance! SADD can be great org if the leadership and the members are right. Nothing is impossible if you set your mind to it. Phil:13(KJV) I can to all things through Christ which stengtheneth me.

I am part of my school's SADD chapter and I think it is very informative. We have brought people in to talk to us...and not the boring type...we also have had free sandwiches day in which we informed people of risks of whatever and then they would get their deli sandwich...given free by the local delis. Additionally, this month we are bringing a drunk driving simulator in school and as the sim goes on, you get "drunker" and you eventually crash. Then you get a ticket/report of how bad you did, how many people you killed, and much more. It is very exciting.

I never said that. You merely interpretted my comment in a different light than the one I intended. You're apology is accepted.

It should be noted that this is not a offical SADD board. This board is in no way, shape, or form associated with SADD www.sadd.org. Any questions about the name change or other issues that are control by SADD should be directered or ask to them! Thanks

I am a member, but it's a big joke to kids at my school. The headquarters should rethink their name, the acronym sucks. "Oh, you're "sad"? Aww, I'm sorry for you" BS. But the group is fun, though it is a 90% girl group, myself being the only active male and one of three "members"...

Yeah, i've heard of sadd before. in fact, i'm part of my school's chapter of vtlsp/sadd (vermont teen leadership program). i think they help keep the younger kids away from drugs and to make overall wise decisions, but i dont like it when they over exaggerate things, (such as the attitude of omg if you ever do drugs youll go to jail or die!!!!!!) becasue then if a kid does do drugs one time and nothing bad happens, he/she will think a lot of the other stuff is bunk too. even though theyre not perfect, it is a cool organisation
