We are a group of students headed by a passionate, bleeding-hearted teacher, from Santa Barbara, California. Throughout the year we have put on multiple different events, including a pangea day screening, in order to raise both awareness and money to help young orphans in Rwanda. Along with helping the orphans we also are raising money to send some children to college. We set our goal for the semester at $5,700 dollars and bypassed it with ease. We not only raised enough to build a child-headed house, but also enough to send a child to college for a year (only $3,000 for a year!). Help join our venture, create awareness and make a difference. We are Room 224--active youth making a difference. Check us Out!

Welcome to YN Room224. Please note, that according to the Rules of Play, "repeatedly submitting the same content" disrupts the boards and will not be tolerated. Please limit your discussion of your Rwanda activism to this particular thread. Our site is relatively small, so if there are no replies it is simply because no one has logged on who would like to respond, which is not something that will be helped by repeating it. Again, welcome. Good luck with your activism work and happy posting!
No shenanigans.
