McDonald's food may be bad, but in some places they provide a place for people to stay when they're children are in the hospital. It was very helpful when my baby sister was in intensive care for quite awhile. And I see how you want anti- McDoanlds But its not about that people CHOOSE to eat there. Its there own fault. Instead of being anti-mcdonalds you could be pro-healthy. Or something. Its not always about the negative. If you focus on the positive more people will listen.

I don't know of any such organizations that YN is involved with, but a quick Google search brought up McSpotlight.
The more you know, the less you don't know.
