you all are being horrible, animals are good to eat. i am not a vegetarian, but things like animal testing... they're completely dreadful. i disagree with them 100% i support peta.. i disagree with killing wild animals because they are wild, and free, and have families to provide for. the bears have cubs they have to take care of and get food for, we shouldn't kill them and leave the poor cubs to starve.

Momentarily getting back to the subject, while I certainly do care about animals (even if I am not opposed to eating them, predation is an important part of ecology), I am not very fond of Peta, especially Pata2. They don't seem to have enough confidence in the importance of their issues and resort to portraying vegetarians as sexy, cool celebrities. Their website is pure propaganda. Mind, I don't think vegetarianism is a bad idea, factory farms wreck havok on the environment and not supporting them can be good. However, where I live in SE Pennsylvania, the population of white tailed deer has gotten so out of hand that native plants are disappearing and every year we have to have deer kills to keep the population in check. Without wolves to take care of excess deer, things are totally out of control. If you guys like fresh killed venison so much, come hunting over here.

That's quite the catch! My family went deep sea fishing in Florida and we hooked a brown shark, similar in length to your own and a manta ray. The ray was so difficult to bring in, it just went flat against the pull so it was like tugging in an elephant even though it was comparatively smaller. Fishing's amazing though, have you ever gone fishin' for crab or lobster?

There's nothing quite like the thrill of hunting or fishing. While I was sailing we caught a 3 foot shark, cut it up, and fed it to the tuna. We also hooked about 120 pound tarpin, but the line snapped like twig.

I completely agree with you finn, although for different reasons. Whether or not the animal has a better life is of no concern to me, but there is rarely such great satisfaction as is drawn from partaking in a freshly hunted deer or caribou (if you are ever so lucky as do hunt them in Canada). Store bought venicine rarely lives up to the taste of wild, hunted venicine shot that day. Yum!

I like the guy on the bike in the background laughing. Much like I am. Don't get me wrong, I like pigs. On my plate. Fried in their own fat.
