I hope I finish my books before I die. I have already started writing down the "Bible" from my story (which is where I get my signitures from), and I have thought up many plots. In the end I hope to get at least half a dozen books off the Topic.

haha. I think you have on of those bomb books... that you need to keep everything in detail and every single thing you can think of for your book you write down. My first book was like that. I wrote a smaller book simply about the place where the fist book was, wrote pages of the laws of this place, made drawings of the creatures and describe them, even designed my own weapons for the soldiers, etc

i've wanted to write a book for a while. i came up with an idea that my friend and i could do together: The Philosophy of a Blonde. i thought of it last year, it'd be a self-help book by teens. the only thing is....my hair is no longer blonde Frown it has been getting darker every year and now it looks more brown than blonde. it'd be kinda strange to write a book on the philosopy of a blonde if i wasn't one...

i have started writing a fiction novel when i was in 4th grade but sadly, i didnt get to finish it yet. I was so caught up with all the stuff in school that i didnt get to finish it. Its a a horror story or something. Anyway the original title that i got for it is called "The Mysterious Chanter" but if ever i change my mind, i would change the title. Hopefully, i would get to finish the novel.

Re-write it. I started writing my first book at ten, and when I re-read it after I stopped writing in it for a few years, I nearly cried at how stupid it was. Keep your plot, but it's very probably you'll have to greatly edit it.

Depends how many copies you want to publish, which publisher, the book quality etc.

Yes, jamaica, I may be a **** in your eyes, but I am also a writer...

If you do that, make sure you edit the tone of the parts you wrote in 4th grade, or stick with the same tone. You've proabably matured A LOT since you started writing it, and it WILL show in your writing.

Yeah...i know thanks Wink

There's alot of other books with the same concepts. Maybe think of a couple more original details or concepts to incorporate. It can't hurt.

Don't get me wrong. The idea for your book is great. But as a writer myself, I'd like to say it takes a lot of time to finish a book, edit it, and re-edit it until it's perfect. Also, you have to remember that is costs money to publish the book, without actually guaranteeing it'll sell.
