Have any of you ever heard of JOOI? Well, I couldn't find a thread on here like this, so I thought I'd start one. JOOI stands for Junior Optimist Octagon International. It is the 'Youth version' of the Optimist Club. (You may have heard of 'Junior Optimists' or 'Octagon Club' at your jr/high schools). Anyway it is a great organization! I encourage all of you to look into it. It is all about community service and promoting the youth of the world (how perfect for YNers huh?) Their website isn't working properly at the moment, so I'll get a link posted as soon as I can! But if you go to google and type in JOOI, (and look for Junior Optimist Octagon International in the description) you can find a bunch of links to individual clubs sites and districts...

Ok, the site is up and running again.. Their 'official' website is JOOI. Where it posts info about advisors, etc. But the site with all of their publications and all is Optimists. You click on Youth Clubs to get to their section of it... So, there you go!
