General MacArthur tops my list, as well. Brilliant general..but a little too damn cocky.

Wan-Hu

The guy tried to get into space using a rocket chair in the 16th Century. The best part is that when his chair exploded and areosolized his body, everybody thought that he had actually been rocketed into space.

He was a twisted tyrant. His treason trials, his assassinations, his extortion of money, etc. Although, he did have one WICKED sense of humor. Like in the account when a Senator fell asleep during an auction and everytime he sneezed, Caligula said it was a bid and sold him thirteen gladiators for a ridiculous sum.

And well, Augustus left quite a good one, and then Tiberius killed it in his latter years. And Caligula tore it to shreds.

Wasn't te entire point that the Empire fell because there WAS no imperial bloodline? The only really awsome emporers were the Adopted Emporers, AKA, the Five Good Emporers.

I'd agree completely Euterpe, though I wouldn't use that language, but in ways, I feel sorry for Caligula. He was just completely crazy, and people portray him as a twisted tyrant. He was like Shaka Zulu. Just went off his cracker.

Mike Jones for making something he dared to call music where all he says is his name
