Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh the ESRB has succeeded in halting the bill to ban violent video games to children under 18. Unfortunatley they have not done so for other states like California, but I hope the ESRB wins their lawsuit because it's my first amendment right as an American citizen to be able to buy or play a game even if it has atrocious content. For those who feel the bill is justified just remember that this could be a step to diminish the first amendment and limit it to a narrow view outside of video games but maybe even they way we talk and later the way we dress.
