Depends which kind. I believe in the benefits of health-related therapies. I don't see any merit in homeotherapy - the principles behind it are moot. As for psychological therapy, it can be good, depending on the person.

Mh... I don't know. I have blonde moments though (no, I'm not blonde), but they're not really funny when retold.
