Once I had a dream that I cut my palm. After waking up my palm hurt all day, as if it was injured. It was weird.

Yes, many times. It use to happen back in high school when my mind would try and trick me so that I would sleep more. When the alarm went off, it had the same song as my music box. So I would dream that my music box would open and no matter how much I closed it or smashed it, it wouldn't cease to play the song. That's just one of the many ways my mind tries to play tricks on me....*shakes fist at mind*
