Ninjas still kick pirate's asses. Pirates are KNOWN to mutiny. Ninjas are loyal. And the only pirates that aren't fat or either Johnny Depp in PotC, or the skinny ones who haven't eaten in days.

Definately pirates. I don't think I could bring myself to root for people who's battle cries consisted of "hoi,hoi" and "hi-ah". If the pirates could stay on they're ships they would win, but if the fighting was hand to hand it would get pretty brutal.

Ninjas can swim, but I bet they aren't too swashbuckling. I still say ninjas. They could outfight a pirate any day.
