If you could go back to any time period, when would it be and why?

Lol yeah, I don't know if that would go over well, but it does make sense. The conversation would go something like this: "hey mom, I'm going to cedar point now, I'll be back later." "who are you going with?" "Oh, somebody I met online at a website called youthnoise. We both started bitching about how we can't find anyone to go to cedar point with us, so we are just going to meet up." "Oh, ok, no problem. Have a good time. Just make sure to be safe and watch out for suspicious people." Hehe, even though I doubt that you are a 40 yr old creepy man hiding behind a computer screen. *looks at screen suspiciously*

The obvious solution to both of our problems would be for us to meet up there... I don't know how my parents would feel about that...

Oh no, well it sounds like going with your parents and their friends would be the more entertaining option..or more annoying, depeding on what thats like. I don't know if I'd want to go on a bunch of rides with people who are drunk, it could get messy. Bleh Seems like we both can't win

The sad thing is that none of my friends are able to come with me (at least none of the friends who I could actually stand to hang out with in enclosed spaces like a boat for an entire week...) this year, so that means I get to spend time with my sister, friends of the family's kids (the same age as my sister) or my parents and their friends (who start with the alcohol at like 8 in the morning when they add champagne to their orange juice...)

Oh god, I remember when Millenium first came out. I went with my friend and we waited in line for like 2 hours. Then we finally got seated and the lights came back on. The people working the ride announced that the coaster coming in had just hit a seagull and that they had to clean the remains off of it before they could let us go. Lol, that did not help the nerves. My friend and I were literally screaming the entire time we were going up the hill and we both could've sworn that we passed out before we reached the bottom of the hill b/c we couldn't remember the rest of the ride. It was intense. But now the dragster completely trumps out the millenium. That ride is amazing. And I agree, I love the water rides. Snake River Falls, the one that makes the really big splash, is so much fun though on a really hot day. Dammit...I'm all psyched about cedar point now and I don't even get to go!

All of the big rides...the first time I went was when I was going into 8th grade, so I couldn't go on the kiddie rides. Also, I generally avoid the spinny rides, after the time I almost threw up on the merry-go-round. My first ride at CP was Millenium...it kind of set the tone for the rest of my time there... (I do love the water rides...so much fun...especially on cloudy days when there's no line!!!)
