The obvious solution to both of our problems would be for us to meet up there...

I don't know how my parents would feel about that...Wink

Oh no, well it sounds like going with your parents and their friends would be the more entertaining option..or more annoying, depeding on what thats like. I don't know if I'd want to go on a bunch of rides with people who are drunk, it could get messy. Bleh

Seems like we both can't win Frown

The sad thing is that none of my friends are able to come with me (at least none of the friends who I could actually stand to hang out with in enclosed spaces like a boat for an entire week...) this year, so that means I get to spend time with my sister, friends of the family's kids (the same age as my sister) or my parents and their friends (who start with the alcohol at like 8 in the morning when they add champagne to their orange juice...)

Oh god, I remember when Millenium first came out. I went with my friend and we waited in line for like 2 hours. Then we finally got seated and the lights came back on. The people working the ride announced that the coaster coming in had just hit a seagull and that they had to clean the remains off of it before they could let us go. Lol, that did not help the nerves. My friend and I were literally screaming the entire time we were going up the hill and we both could've sworn that we passed out before we reached the bottom of the hill b/c we couldn't remember the rest of the ride. It was intense.

But now the dragster completely trumps out the millenium. That ride is amazing. And I agree, I love the water rides. Snake River Falls, the one that makes the really big splash, is so much fun though on a really hot day.

Dammit...I'm all psyched about cedar point now and I don't even get to go!

All of the big rides...the first time I went was when I was going into 8th grade, so I couldn't go on the kiddie rides. Also, I generally avoid the spinny rides, after the time I almost threw up on the merry-go-round.

My first ride at CP was Millenium...it kind of set the tone for the rest of my time there... Wink

(I do love the water rides...so much fun...especially on cloudy days when there's no line!!!)

Yeah, I've never stayed in the hotels, the marina is technically a resort. We do take the shuttle to the resorts for food though. Very nice Smile

Yea, cedar point is amazing. I have gone there at least once every year since I can remember. Its kinda gotten expensive though. Right now I'm pissed though b/c I was supposed to go tomorrow but my friend's mom's birthday is tomorrow, a couple other people have to work, and now I'm stuck babysitting again. Boo..

And I've never been in those resorts but they've always looked really nice. And getting in an hour before it opens would be amazing. Smile

I love cedar point...I'm going there for two days the week before school starts. We're going on our boat, it's the one boat outing that I really enjoy. I LOVE staying in the CP marina...it's nice to not have the long car ride home at the end of the day. Plus they have floating docks, which are super nice. Smile (AND...if you are a CP resort guest, you can get into the park an hour early to ride select rides...I'm hoping the endurance I've built up from running will help me this year... Wink)

If I was going to die tomorrow, I would probably come up with some creative way of dying first...If I'm going to die at 19, it had better have a good story. I gotta make front page above the fold!

The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron's ass halfway through the first chapter.

I'd be at the top of the Eifle Tower. That or I'd be screaming on the Millenium Force as I plunge towards the ground.

If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, what would you do today?

They gave me the end, but not where to start; Not how to build, but to tear it apart.
