... this might be a strange answer to your question, but i would choose Des'ree's song You Gotta Be, because right now my country is going through civil war, severe poverty, state failure, political and military corruption and people could just do better with a little more love and unity.

A drug with absolutely no side effects that caused orgasms. You could walk down the street and everyone would be smiling and relaxed. The furthering bit would be the result of everyone being in a good mood, our culture would become more peacefull.

I'd try to prove hitler was gay and that he had a jewish grandmother. Other than that I'd let him do his thing, I probably wouldn't be around if I altered history on such a large scale.

become the world's coolest physic's professor and researcher. levitating on my desk while teaching my class for example, and vanishing then running like hell when the boss comes around. All the while using the math to figure out how we can use wormhole physics to make our own stargate
