I think it is wrong that there is diffrent pay for diffrent age groups. For example in the UK minimum wage for under 18's is £3.40 for 18-21 it is £4.60 and for over 22's it is £5.52.This is not fair, if rates of pay were decided on any other factor than age then there would be outrage so why is it acceptable for age? Paying by experiance of the job is fine but not just purely on the grounds of age.
