You're right, Joey. People, in general, care far more about animals than they do about humans.

Please don't throw around phrases like "babies being butchered" without realizing that whether or not abortions are equivalent to baby-killing is a subjective statement, and not an objective fact, whereas the killing of animals is really killing.

i dont advocate animal testing at all, however, perhaps testing medicines on animals should be allowed to a degree- as long as it is humane and un-cruel. no animal should have to suffer because of humanity's inhibitions or diseases- we brought them upon ourself by being sexually promiscious and other factors which started these diseases. animals shouldnmt have to suffer for us. they were put here for our enjoyment and as food. lets honour them and treat them as well as possible... kat

innocent babies dont get me started...i think animals feel as much physical pain as we do...and i love animals to death, y else would i spend the next 13 years of my life dedicated to being a veterinary cardiac surgeon...but not eating meat is not going to help anything...but if you dont want to, thats okay ..i just cant stop

Every time I see an animal lying dead on the road or get a PETA newsletter i feel horrible for animlals. I know that they probably dont feel as much pain as we do when they get maimed or killed but it is pain none the less and it does end a life. And at school i get called a hippie for holdng animal rights so highly. but meat is not always good for you and why kill for food when you can get all the right dietery requirements from animal friendly products...

i believe that if we test on animals, then we're saying that humans are like animals, and that would mean that we need to test on humans. animals have the same feelings that humans have (fear, sadness, excitement, etc...). if something is deadly enough to kill an innocent animal the moment the animal is exposed to it, then i would believe that it is unsafe for humans. also, why would we want to save the pathetic humans in this world, the ones that cause everyone else so much pain... the ones who are on death row in jail? we could use them for the experiments. why not? they'll die eventually... probably sooner than the poor mouse or guinea pig that they are using in the local lab. if we dont value animal life, then the people out there who are testing on animals, they have no value for human life. although that one little rat or mouse or whatever they used, could save a humans life, we are nowhere near extinction, so why try to save us? there is no use in it. one day Jesus will come back to earth and we will have eternal life... whether in hell or heaven... the animals will not. i think we should let them live their lives to the fullest extent, instead of locking them up and having them be our little 'sacrifices'. i believe that we humans are wrong for testing on animals. i believe that testing on animals is totally wrong... and that it is murder if that animal eventually dies due to the things that the lab workers injected that animal with, and that the lab worker(s) who did it should be put to death... or in jail, just as if he murdered a human. animal testing is wrong, no matter what anyone else says.

I believe that if we have to test on animals to find a cure for a disease, then we should test on animals. But for all this other crap like testing beuty products and weight loss pills on animals is cruel and pointless. You can always test the next pantine pro-v on some willing human. Now if the shampoo were to be quite dangerous, then I say we should test it on the animals. Basically, I think it all comes down to a case-to-case basis where we have to examine the facts and see where the facts stand. Too dangerous for humans or hurting an innocent lab rat, that is the question.
