I don't really know why. One of my Mexican friends told me it was because I am sexy and one said they wanted my papers. lol. I date a hispanic guy and I guess the are wondering how one of their people can get a white girl that isn't all trashy. I think a lot of mexicans are great because they are hard workers and everybody doesn't give them credit. If you are here to work hard then all the power to you, but if all you do is sit on you @$$ then you need to go somewhere else(even if you are white, black, ect.) lol anyway, have a great night
not all mexicans are like that. im 2/3 mexican and i dont stare at people. my friend is full blooded mexican and he doesnt stare at anyone. ive only been stared at by caucasian people. and old people.
I've never been stared at by Mexicans and I've never met anyone who says Mexicans have stared at them.
All the guys in my school stare at people. If you're sitting in the desk behind them, they just turn around and stare at you for about five minutes then turn around again.
Don't see Star Wars, it sucks the intelligence out of you
Yes, they take it more seriously. I'd tell you the story behind all of it, but it is: a. too long and b. Puerto Rican, so I'm afraid their'd be an argument such as "Ï'm Cuban and we're not like that!"
"Regardless, I have always, and will always, succeed."
It's not only the mexicans who do it, though. All the males in our society, besides me, seemingly, do it. I think that is why I find guys my age to be very tiresome and annoying. Especially the "popular" guys in general. They're good to have as friends for political reasons, but I have nothing in common with them. The only guys who I think don't have this strange "I'm better than Heaven and Earth" additude are dead. Yeah, so it's definately not just the hispanics, though I think they take it more seriously.
O of where dost thou hail, Celephanil, Celephanil? Why dost thou wander in Tengelwar great, why on the sea do you sail?
Don't let it get to you, really. It's this weird "I'm a man" type pride thing. It's annoying if they're you're family members. My grandfather was very "machista", sooo annoying and overprotective.

Yeah. It's really annoying. These people really keep an air of superiority around them which can get rather old very fast. They also like to taunt people in Spanish, which is dumb, being that our school teaches Spanish.

Well, where I am, the people who are staring are looking very shady, especially at night (no offense to anyone.) You can tell by looking at them they mean you no good will, even though you are just walking down the street. and, when you are walking down the street, you can sometimes hear staches of rude comments thrown at you in Spanish.

Yes and no. Almost all latinos that are in the US came from the lowest, true, except ones that are moving in now.
But in our Hispanic society it is not wrong to stare. It's not considered rude at all. At least, it's not rude in Puerto Rico, it was never to intimidate or anything, but yes of course, if you're annoying us, we do stare to intimidate you. But usually, back in Puerto Rico, we stared and usually smiled at each other, even if we didin't know the person. It was kind of like saying "Good morning""or "Good evening."
