For the first time in my life I am proud to be from California. Eat your heart out!Thats right we have legalized same-sex marriage. At least some one has sense. Yes I know this was a year ago. but it news to me

California, of course, did get the gay marriage ball rolling. Gavin Newsom (mayor of SF) did allow gay marriages BEFORE MA, but they were later overturned by a judge because that authorization was beyond his power. So you have us to thank. This has happened before, I think. The only reason we have yet to fully legalize it is because Arnold has vowed to veto it.. which means we need a 2/3rds vote.
