No disrespect or anything, but some adults think that just because we are in our teens that we can't have a say in politics, school, or anything of importance. Well I just had a long talk with on eof my teachers today on the democratic elections, and she looked at me in shock that at actucally knew what I was talking about?!?!?

So instead of her being proud of me for being up to date on current events, she just said " Young girls should be interested in schools, boys and make up. Not adult things, like politics.".

Now that just REALLY pissed me off. But I just don't understand is why I can't have a say in my government. I may be a kid, but I'm a person with concerns too! Hit me back if you feel me.
