Oh, really? The version I'd read never said one or even two words. It didn't even imply homosexuality. I'd like proof for your translations of the city names, and non-Christian proof that they even existed. And do you realize the Canaanites were usually depicted as enemies of Christians anyways? So how does God destroying them have anything to do with evil? If it was God in the first place(!) because this was, even as north's link points out, a natural disaster. Start thinking for yourself.

They people didn't know it was an angel when they said that but I think they wanted to do that, for the same reason dogs hump each other, to proclaime there superiority or dominance.

Some of them are so large that trees begin to grow on them. The bitumen was a main part of the economy of the region. The Bible doesn't explain that there were homosexuals there. I have read the Bible. Front to back. Four times. My favorite person? Samson. Know what i can't understand? how come supposedly "celibate" priests are making such a big deal about their sexual orientations. Correct me if i'm wrong, but what does the vow of celibacy mean? not that they shouldn't have any sexual orientations??!!!!!
