Men have perhaps the most obscured opinion of the topic of abortion, however, not being a woman the most free thought in the matter. To clairify a point this is IN support of PRO CHOICE. Firstly, pro-choice is just that we let the woman decide to have the abortion or not, have we ever told the anti-abortion people THEY MUST "kill a child". Secondly, a woman's body is her own is it ANYONES right to violate that? Thirdly, government intervention on halting abortion leads to one thing ILLEGAL ABORTIONS (China aka Capital of Coat Hanger Abortions). Fourthly, can we the people of the US of A afford the hospital costs of all the mistakes women may make injuring themselves in these illegal abortions. Fifthly, if you want to outlaw abortion then lets start putting the children in these tanks to grow, they aren't bothering the woman and we aren't "killing a child" BUT the government would have one hell of a cloneing look alike (bill included) if this happened. Sixth, if you want chasity then go be a priest cause the rest of us LIKE SEX. Seventh, abortion is a progressive reform and though conservatives reign there is a desire to keep up with modern times NOT THE STONE AGE and keeping our women safe, unviolated by the government, ALIVE NOT DEAD, and if nothing else the right to live their own life without some ONE NIGHT RUINING THE REST OF THEIR LIFE. As a man looking in I see what women suffer having a kid, I couldn't do it, so I say give the woman a choice cause whether you like or not she HAS A OPINION and HAS A RIGHT TO do with her body what SHE chooses. (just don't inform hillary of that, she might take revenge on clinton ... again)

look at the world today for a second. look at how dangerously overpopulated it is and how many children end up starving and homeless and sick and alone by themselves. i am not sure whether the fetus is alive before birth or not, but i know if it wasn't for abortion, these problems of overpopulation and poverty would get worse and worse. i will be outraged if this right was ever taken away from a woman. if i was a young unwed mother with no money and a poor job, without anyone to support me, my first choice wouldn't be abortion, but if that was not a choice at all, there would be the risk of a child that will go unfed or without proper care, or a child that ends up in one abusive foster family after another. is situations like these, we NEED abortion. we would only be causing more problems by avoiding it and it would not be in the best interest of yet another unwanted child. but that's just my opinion. -e.k.

Not to many people are as openminded as you two. From a woman who ahs been there it is a difficult decision. Many people like to point out how selfish it is but they have never been there. Women who do get abortions feel the guilt for many years to come. We normally arent coldhearted FEMALE DOGS, just unable to care correctly for a child and if u would look at the adoption places now u could see why another child being born might not be to good.

Wow, you have a lot of good points there. A woman should have a right to her own body. I'm not saying abortion is the answer (i'm not really sure) but it should be available as a choice. It is true that if it's outlawed there will still be dangerous coat hanger abotions that are far riskier than childbirth. All I'm saying is it's immportant to keep the option open.
