uhh...moron. ok you dont fight jedi knights you play as them your thinking of the sith. the sith are an order of force users who oppose the jedi and use the dark side to try and conquer the galaxy. Now long story short the battle between jedi & sith stretches over thousands of year in the "Star Wars" storyline occasinally the jedi come close to vanquishing the sith but they eventually return to threaten the galaxy.
