Well, I guess I was in the Jewish religion too. But, I just remembered I think I was a Pagen too. But, only like for a week, so I don't know if that counts for anything. Also I was a Wiccan for like a day but then I realized I couldn't do this. Then I was a monotheisist for like a day too so i don't know if that count neither.
Here's the order and here's for I think how long:
Catholic - probably really strongly for 5 years.
Jewish - Don't remember how long but I do remember I was 13 years old.
Christian - probably a year
Atheist - well I was always going back to that one over the 15 years of my life. So there's no real time when I did that one.
Pagen - a week or a bit more. Maybe a month, but that's a BIG MAYBE.
Wiccan - a day which I don't think this one counts but okay.
Monotheisist - I don't remember how long I was this but I do remember that this was my last religion.
This is so sad. Seven religions in only like ten years of my small minded life. How sad is that?
I know what you mean about all these religions being so similar. My teacher took a religion course in college. She studied the Koran, the Bible, and the Torah, and all 3 are practically parallel religions!
I'm a Christian. One thing I've never understood though is how people turn away from God when there is something really horrible happening (or happened) in their lives. I know that often it's hard to understand-believe me i was one degree below harming myself last spring because i was so hurt, but I ran TO God, not FROM Him, and even though I still feel sad sometimes, I'm way better off than I ever was before!
I even convert to the Jewish religion, But I don't even know what that was all about though. Don't you need to be born Jewish to be in the Jewish religion? That was when I was little though, I was kind of slow when I was younger.
I am a Catholic, and I've studied all religion. We ALL basically came from christains in the early 1500 or so. The reason why people may get confused with Catholic and Christains are because we sorta do believe the same thing, but different. Going back a few hundreds of years, there have been many people believing in different things, and it caused a huge problem. As you may see, there are different kinds of religions now days.
Please just remember that we are ALL brothers and sisters around the world. Thre shouldn't be any hatred around the war, that's why I am not interesting in this war with Iraq. I know that we are just killing our brothers and sisters, and it isn't interesting in knowing what American troops are doing.
may we find peace through our most difficulty generation, and hope that someday wars will end. peace
I am Methodists, but unlike some bigots on this site, I respect all religions and call no ones religion a bunch of satan worshippers or hell-bound scum.
Im a pagan/wiccan/witch! And Im happy to see that Im not the only one and that there are alot more of us out there. And for those of you who will scoff at this post and the many others saying "Thats not a religion!" I have one thing to say to you. Don't dis our religion and we wont dis yours!!
