Affirmative action substitutes race and gender for real ability. It doesn't serve to support equality since it raises minorities over non-minorities. It's an unfair program that never should have existed in the first place.

Yes, racism exists. But companies that refuse to provide equal opportunities will be punished in other ways. The government doesn't need to enforce that.

The goals of Affirmative Action has been accomplished, thus the program is no longer necessary.
